Still Tired
I had hoped to post a health update about how great I felt, but that is not to be. I'm still tired (feels like an all day benedryl hangover). I do have more good days. I have hours during the bad days that I can function normally. That is a huge blessing and I am grateful. I need to go back to the doctor. I should have gone months ago, but with Wild Thing's medical bills and now a "fried" air conditioner, that has to wait longer.

Hello, I have just found your blog and cannot tell you the number of times I have laughed out loud as I read through some of your posts! I have just started TOG Year 2 (as a newbie homeschooler) with my 11 yr old dd, 7 yr old ds, and my 3 yr old dd is along for the ride...similar ages to your kids! Thank you for some very enjoyable reading.
ReplyDeleteI will pray for you and your fatigue - I, too have gone through something very similar. My relief came when I cut out all sugar from my diet (for a fast at church). The hardest thing I have ever done, but after a good 6 weeks of no sugar, I slowly started weaning it back into my diet. Now I am OK, not as energetic as I was without sugar, but as long as I exercise regularly, I can get by pretty well.
Blessings to you!
I am looking forward to reading more on your blog. Especially about TOG. I am considering using it next year with my oldest daughter.
ReplyDeleteIf your fatigue keeps up, definitely get it checked out. While it could be something as simple as consuming less sugar or caffeine, there may be more to it. Never take any chances! Blessings!
